Carey Eidel is an American actor, director, and writer. Eidel has appeared in a number of television series, including ''Strong Medicine'', ''Yes, Dear'', ''Melrose Place'', ''7th Heaven'', ''3rd Rock from the Sun'', ''Diagnosis: Murder'', ''L.A. Law'' and ''Thirtysomething''. He also appeared in the 1984 cult classic ''C.H.U.D.''. In 1993, he co-starred in the short-lived Fox network comedy ''Daddy Dearest''. Eidel is currently the Managing Director of Auburn Public Theater, a non-profit, professional performing and presenting company.
